Weight loss >5% in 2 months or BMI 18.5-20.5 + impaired general condition or food intake 25-60% of normal requirement in preceding week Disease activity score: 30 to 44 Total Score 13-14 Major abdominal surgery, Stroke, Severe pneumonia, hematologic malignancy Either of the following 3 criteria: - 3 or more days of vigorous activity of at least 20 minutes per day OR - 5 or more days of moderate-intensity activity and/or walking of at least 30 minutes per day OR - 5 or more days of any combination of walking, moderate-intensity or vigorousintensity activities achieving a minimum of at least 600 MET-minutes/week
